Che si parli dell’articolata burocrazia zarista dei racconti di Gogol o del sottobosco bancario di Fantozzi, i titoli ma soprattutto chi se ne vanta fanno sempre sorridere un po'. Ebbene, all’Opera di Stato di Vienna pare prendano assai sul serio l’argomento al punto che, quando si voglia prendere un biglietto, si può scegliere accuratamente in una lista di ben 177 diversi titoli.
A parte il perverso gusto combinatorio di alcuni, c’è davvero una passione enciclopedica che la dice lunga su un mondo che, caduto l’impero, si appiglia all’aristocrazia del diploma o della medaglia.
